On April 1 2007, "PotatoMammaDesign" turned 1 year old.
What an exciting outcome: 48 people from 16 different countries participated and celebrated my company's first birthday with me!

The great illustrator John Hollander from hollander.ch acted as impartial lottery fairy, and selected the lucky winners.

Who is Miss PotatoMammaDesign 2007?

This contest was the first beauty pageant for all of the illustration characters, so everyone was a bit nervous! Forty-eight people from all over the world acted as judges and voted for their favorite contestant. Almost every illustration character received votes, but at the contest's closing-time, the results were clear:
Gold medal: Miss Vernissage
Percent of all votes: 10 Comments: "A whole tale in one picture. Nice style." "There's a guy in it - and I like how the expression on his face fits the title. And how she really fits as well!"

Silver medal: Miss Princess Ladeeda
